Document the

Validation: ran the exact new initialization snippet with Summernote Lite in Chromium. The dropdown contained all 15 configured sizes, and selecting the custom
13entry appliedfont-size: 13pxto selected text. Checked the option against current upstream settings and rangit diff --check. The full Jekyll site build was not run.
