Summary

  • replace the live-session sparkline with an off-main-thread particle flow between model, session, and illustrative tool endpoints
  • expose exact five-minute input, output, cache-read, cache-write, and per-model session rates
  • consolidate token metrics, premium interactions, and cache-hit rate into a disciplined usage panel
  • use fixed inner rendezvous and outer label rings, with D3 collision handling only when measured label bounds conflict
  • remove decorative session swatches and keep reduced-motion rendering static

Implementation

  • the Dashboard sends snapshots and resizes to a dedicated Web Worker
  • OffscreenCanvas owns all particle simulation and rendering at a capped 30 fps
  • particles survive polling updates, dwell briefly, and reverse over reciprocal edges
  • WebFetch and WebSearch remain opt-in illustrative endpoints because tool activity is not yet persisted

Validation

  • bun run check:fast
  • 54 focused unit tests
  • 20 Dashboard Playwright tests, including light/dark, phone widths, German, reduced motion, and 100B token rates
  • bun install --frozen-lockfile --ignore-scripts
