Let operator accept/edit/reject each provenanced field and compile only confirmed input into L07 job context.

Parent: #10. Owner: proposed Intake module. This issue owns one bounded slice of Intake; consume accepted upstream contracts and keep PDF/verdict/publication authority with Core.
Acceptance
- Review receipt records original, change, actor, and target job revision.
- Failure case: Unconfirmed OCR or model content cannot flow to a production plan.
