Parent: #7. Owner: Medic worker and Loop add-bleed adapter. This issue owns one bounded slice of Medic Specialist; consume accepted upstream contracts and keep PDF/verdict/publication authority with Core.
Acceptance
- Every inherited candidate is classified as proven, research-only, blocked, or obsolete; integration contract names Loop-owned geometry/composition.
- Failure case: Historical raster or proxy metrics cannot be labeled released-PDF proof.
Required proof
Pinned source/evidence matrix and negative claims register. Record the exact source SHA, test command or hosted run, fixture/artifact identity, and any skipped or unavailable lane. Run the repository's mapped proof and check-change gate for a PR.
