L02-03 — Model cancel, retry, and reopen transitions #24

Outcome

Make asynchronous request identity, cancellation, retry, and document reopen explicit in Interaction.

Parent and boundary

Parent: #3. Owner: LoopLibInteraction. This issue owns one bounded slice of Interaction Contract; consume accepted upstream contracts and keep PDF/verdict/publication authority with Core.

Acceptance

• Only current results appear; retries preserve cause and new request identity.
• Failure case: Late results after cancel/reopen cannot overwrite a newer state.

Required proof

Race tests with delayed/reordered completion and host teardown. Record the exact source SHA, test command or hosted run, fixture/artifact identity, and any skipped or unavailable lane. Run the repository's mapped proof and check-change gate for a PR.

Handoff

Record changed files, observed result, remaining risk, and a 1–3 sentence anti-slop review. Completion means acceptance evidence, not merely a merged implementation.
