L03-13h — Add settings, render options, and diagnostic views to Quick #239
Quick has a settings surface, render options, and the advanced diagnostic views, including deep object inspection.
Parent and boundary
Parent: #231. Owner: LoopEditor. This issue owns one bounded slice of Quick Workspace; consume accepted upstream contracts and keep PDF/verdict/publication authority with Core.
docs/product-surface.json keeps object-inspector-plugin as ADVANCED in loop-inspect.
actionCollectDiagnostics should produce the bundle from ADR-006.
Acceptance
Settings persist through one typed settings store; reset-to-factory is confirmed and complete.
Render options change presentation only and are reflected in the fidelity indicator when they affect accuracy.
ADVANCED commands stay out of the release profile per ADR-005 gating.
Failure case: an invalid persisted setting is reported and replaced by its default with a visible notice, not silently coerced.
Required proof
Settings round-trip and reset tests; diagnostics-bundle content test; release-profile gating check. Record the exact source SHA, test command or hosted run, fixture/artifact identity, and any skipped or unavailable lane. Run the repository's mapped proof and check-change gate for a PR.
Handoff
Record changed files, observed result, remaining risk, and a 1–3 sentence anti-slop review. Completion means acceptance evidence, not merely a merged implementation.
