L03-13b — Edit bookmarks and author hyperlinks in Quick #233
Operators can create, reorder, import, export, and auto-generate bookmarks, and create hyperlinks to URIs and to destinations in the same PDF.
Parent and boundary
Parent: #231. Owner: LoopEditor. This issue owns one bounded slice of Quick Workspace; consume accepted upstream contracts and keep PDF/verdict/publication authority with Core.
Grounding
No handler: actionBookmarkPage, actionBookmarkAutoGenerate, actionBookmarkImport, actionBookmarkExport, actionGotoNextBookmark, actionGotoPreviousBookmark.
No handler: actionCreateHyperlink and the 9 actionCreateHyperlinkToThisPDF* destination variants (Fit, FitB, FitBH, FitBV, FitH, FitR, FitV, XYZ, XYZInheritZoom).
QuickDocumentModel already exposes the outline read-only (docs/QUICK_PDF_PARITY.md).
Acceptance
Bookmark and link edits are document mutations routed through CommandCatalog into Core and produce a new revision; nothing edits the outline model in QML.
Import/export round-trips a bookmark file without loss on the fixture set.
Each destination variant writes the matching PDF destination type, verified by reading it back through Core.
Failure case: a stale revision refuses the edit with a visible reason.
Required proof
Round-trip tests per destination type; outline import/export fixture; quick and accessibility lanes. Record the exact source SHA, test command or hosted run, fixture/artifact identity, and any skipped or unavailable lane. Run the repository's mapped proof and check-change gate for a PR.
Handoff
Record changed files, observed result, remaining risk, and a 1–3 sentence anti-slop review. Completion means acceptance evidence, not merely a merged implementation.
