Outcome

Bind finding ID to evidence, page/object region, zoom target, profile, and revision.

Parent: #3. Owner: LoopLibInteraction. This issue owns one bounded slice of Interaction Contract; consume accepted upstream contracts and keep PDF/verdict/publication authority with Core.

Acceptance

• Selecting a current finding navigates to the exact region and exposes evidence limits.
• Failure case: A stale finding from a replaced document cannot navigate or masquerade as current.

Required proof

Focused finding-navigation unit test and Quick smoke fixture. Record the exact source SHA, test command or hosted run, fixture/artifact identity, and any skipped or unavailable lane. Run the repository's mapped proof and check-change gate for a PR.

Handoff

Record changed files, observed result, remaining risk, and a 1–3 sentence anti-slop review. Completion means acceptance evidence, not merely a merged implementation.
