Outcome

Publish one host-neutral state model for document identity, inspection progress, verdict, finding selection, plan intent, cancellation, and failure.

Parent and boundary

Parent: #3. Owner: LoopLibInteraction. This issue owns one bounded slice of Interaction Contract; consume accepted upstream contracts and keep PDF/verdict/publication authority with Core.

Acceptance

• Editor and CLI adapters can render the model without computing their own verdict or revision.
• Failure case: Absent and terminal states stop downstream actions before mutation.

Required proof

Contract fixture and facade tests for every state transition. Record the exact source SHA, test command or hosted run, fixture/artifact identity, and any skipped or unavailable lane. Run the repository's mapped proof and check-change gate for a PR.

Handoff

Record changed files, observed result, remaining risk, and a 1–3 sentence anti-slop review. Completion means acceptance evidence, not merely a merged implementation.
