Squash the fork CI support from 04e73b7 and push-event support from b0d194c into one replayable maintenance commit. Preserve release action pins and advisory policy when resolving the replay. Select the book build job without entering Pages deployment. Refresh the standalone lockfile to patched h2 and rustls releases instead of suppressing RUSTSEC-2026-0258 and RUSTSEC-2026-0285; rustls requires the updated AWS-LC backend. Preimages larger than that come from a contract hashing its own data rather than deriving a storage slot, and are left out of the map instead of truncated: a truncated preimage no longer hashes back to its key. Matches the geth firehose tracer.

Patched to the evm-firehose-tracer-rs branch until firehose-tracer 5.5.0 is published. BlockData gained the EIP-7928 fields in 5.4.3; they stay unset on this chain.

0fbe428 is the reth pin of op-reth v2.6.1 (reth v2.5.2 plus two commits). Conflicts resolved the same way as the reth-2.x v2.5.2 merge.
The Firehose ExEx only emitted FIRE INIT and the genesis block; its block tracing was disabled. Emit both from the component-initialized hook, which runs before the consensus engine exists, so no block is traced first.

World-chain v2.6.0 pins reth from
ethereum-optimism/rethrev0fbe4285(reth v2.5.2). This mergesrelease/optimism-2.x, which is already on that rev, so the world-chain line picks up the reth v2.5.2 adaptations and the removal of the Firehose ExEx.Outside
CHANGELOG.md, the tree is identical toop-reth-v2.6.1-fh3.1. To tag after merge:world-chain-v2.6.0-fh3.1.Tested:
cargo test -p reth-firehose -p reth-firehose-tests(35 passed).
