Gem Wallet is an open-source, self-custody mobile wallet for iOS and Android with native Stable support: USDT0 send/receive with USDT0 gas, and USDT0/STABLE swaps via Uniswap v3 (v2.114.74, Oct 19, 2026).

Adds Gem Wallet to the wallet directory using the reviewed contribution from #58, preserving its original commit and author.
This maintainer branch lets the existing i18n workflow generate the Chinese and Korean wallet pages, which cannot be pushed automatically to the contributor’s fork. Includes the same verified app links and Stable transfer/swap capabilities.
Validation: review generated translations and require passing documentation checks before merge.
