This PR implements a projected Newton at the level of the hyperelastic component.

Literature:

  • Suggestion to clamp eigenvalues: Teran, Joseph, et al. "Robust quasistatic finite elements and flesh simulation." Proceedings of the 2005 ACM SIGGRAPH/Eurographics symposium on Computer animation. 2005.
  • Stable Neo Hookean: Smith, Breannan, Fernando De Goes, and Theodore Kim. "Stable neo-hookean flesh simulation." ACM Transactions on Graphics (TOG) 37.2 (2018): 1-15.
  • Absolute filtering: Chen, Honglin, et al. "Stabler neo-hookean simulation: Absolute eigenvalue filtering for projected newton." ACM SIGGRAPH 2024 Conference Papers. 2024.

This PR introduces the independent filtering of two possible matrices: 1) material hessian, 2) assembled local element matrix. It gives the choice to filter it by clamping its negative eigenvalues (2005 paper) or taking its absolute value (Stabler neo-hookean 2024). Contrary to "Stable Neo Hookean", this PR implements a numerical decomposition, not the closed form expression.
