The README introduces the repo and directs on how to start. I added documentation for MMS theory and an example that brings the various parts of the code together, relating them to the presented theory. So I recommend someone to start from
verification/docs/IntroductionMMS.ipynb.No cases are placed in yet; will be added in the next PR.
