Bumps the version to 2.0.0rc1 for tag
v2.0.0-rc1and adds the metainfo release entry. The Unreleased changelog entries become the 2.0.0-rc1 section, with a summary that lists what's left before 2.0.0: the Steam Deck pass (#74) and the Steam Frame docs (#73).The tag goes on the merge commit.
