HTML workspace files can declare deployed workflow IDs and call them from isolated HTML or file-specific APIs. Calls accept only declared JSON input fields, run synchronously, and appear in workflow logs as
Filewhile using the deployed API input block. The browser document receives a narrow MessagePort API, never a Sim cookie or credential; existing public-share authentication still applies.The admission cache is keyed by file, workflow, audience, and canonical input. The same input reuses its result for five minutes, and a no-input workflow has one cache key. A separate 20-run-per-file/workflow five-minute budget bounds distinct-input fan-out. Successful output remains in Redis for five minutes. The v2 API, generated CLI/MCP operations, Copilot file tool, and HTML bridge can run with input and read that input's cached result without putting values in a URL. A paused run may finish in normal workflow history without republishing its eventual output to this cache.
