Point pd-vm and pd-host-function at rustscript-lang/rustscript b1d6cffede77f49410bf63525f30b9a46b02dc01 and refresh the lockfile.
Replace thread-local registration with one ordered HostModuleDescriptor list. Guest schemas, named PingoraRequest/Upstream/Response/Policy structs, and hidden session effects come from #[pd_host_function] descriptors; compile and exact/restricted binding share that catalog.
Add architecture tests for catalog fingerprint, named-struct identity, restricted install, and bundled RSS compile. Run them in CI with serial, all-features clippy.
