Bumps markdown-it to 14.3.3, which fixes both open Dependabot alerts (quadratic-time parsing), plus the dashboard items past the 7 day age window: eslint 10.13.0, oxc-minify 0.155.0, pnpm 12.15.0, the vitepress>vite override to 8.3.5 and codeql-action v4.39.1. The lockfile is re-resolved within the existing ranges, which clears undici, brace-expansion, qs, source-map-js and the other transitive advisories. oxfmt 0.35 pins tinypool 2.1.0, so an override moves it to 2.1.2 until @rotki/eslint-config moves to a fixed oxfmt. Left out: vitepress 2.0.0-alpha.21, oxc-minify 0.156.0 and pnpm 12.16.1 are still inside the age window. katex stays on 0.16 (low, dev-only via @eslint/markdown), since micromark-extension-math only allows ^0.16.

Clears the open Dependabot alerts, nearly all of
pnpm audit(53 findings down to 1 low), and the dependency dashboard items that are past the 7 day release age. Supersedes #152.Bumped
Each version is the newest release older than 7 days, checked on npm and GitHub rather than taken from the dashboard.
vitepress>viteoverridemarkdown-it 14.3.3 is already old enough to install, so it needs no
minimumReleaseAgeExcludeentry, unlike the Renovate PR.Audit
Re-resolving the lockfile within the existing ranges clears undici, brace-expansion, fast-uri, qs, source-map-js,
