The new UI now picks platform icons from a list built into the RomM image, so it never requests icons bind-mounted over
/var/www/html/assets/platforms. The classic UI is being removed soon, so this drops the "Adding a custom platform icon" section and its screenshot from the custom platforms page instead of documenting a classic-only feature.
