fix(qwp): wake replay ACK waiters and tighten sender/pooled APIs

Summary

• Wake ingress ACK-watermark waiters when a store-and-forward replay advances the watermark, even if the replayed OK is not forwarded to the session. Fixes waitForAcknowledged() never resolves for frames replayed from the store-and-forward journal #70.
• Make schema reset safe for skipped egress batch slots.
• Complete RAM-backed flush() at local publication while transmission drains in the background; keep default post-connection retries unbounded without changing initial-connect or explicitly bounded policies.
• Add query-scoped onReplayReset callbacks for pooled queries, retaining the session-level fallback.
• Return the current published sequence from an empty flushAndGetSequence() after auto-flush, rather than -1n.
• Update QWP documentation and generated API reference pages.

Validation

• pnpm exec vitest run — 1,132 tests passed
