Adds tooling to replay a real prod day (SDIS-77 dump) against the local stack with a controllable simulated clock (pause, play, seek to next sequence or to a given time).

  • docker-compose.replay.yml: mounts replay_control/clock.json into the API and disables the temporal gate
  • scripts/replay_day.py: maps prod cameras and poses to local ones, then posts detections when the simulated clock reaches them
  • scripts/replay_ctl.py: live clock control (status, pause, play, slow, next, goto)
  • REPLAY.md: usage guide

Draft, work in progress.

TODO before ready for review:

  • Push the API clock patch (src/app/core/time.py, pyro-api branches replay-clock-*) and open a pyro-api PR. Without it the replay does nothing.
  • Document where to get the prod dump (analyse77) or make --data required
  • Update REPLAY.md for RustFS (drop minio and the /etc/hosts step)
  • Remove hardcoded values (mateo login, DB user, personal paths)
  • Translate docs and CLI messages to English
  • Remove legacy modes (--clock without --ctl, SQL retiming, live_retimer.py)
  • Add a Makefile target and a small test for sim_now
