Send /qr/ to the home page, for the QR codes - #221

The association wants to print QR codes with an address that does not change. The codes point to https://pybcn.org/qr/, and an alias on the home page sends the reader from there to https://pybcn.org/. To send the codes somewhere else later, move the alias to that page: the printed codes stay valid. Hugo writes /qr/index.html as a meta refresh with a canonical link and noindex, and leaves it out of the sitemap. bin/check-rendered accepts an alias page by its shape. GitHub Pages answers /qr with a redirect to /qr/, so the address works with and without the slash. Checked: bin/check-content 0 errors and 79 warnings, bin/check-html-safety PASS, bin/check-rendered PASS on a build without drafts.
