• ubuntu-26.04 rollout: two oracle jobs break on the new image's apt toolchain — pinned to 24.04, port them

pulseengine/synth#1567 · Filter by author avrabe opened on Oct 21, 2026

• SILENT MISCOMPILE: an integer local rewritten on one path of an if/block is read stale on the other — the #989 snapshot runs inside the branch

• --relocatable is silently ignored on the single-function path (ARM): exit 0, ET_EXEC with its own Reset_Handler, byte-identical to omitting the flag

• VCR-VER-003 assumes an 8-byte access for a 1-byte load8_u/store8 and refuses a correct composite

• extract_r1_numbers.py: scrubber order leaks citation line numbers, and spelled-out numbers never reach the queue

pulseengine/synth#1553 · Filter by author avrabe opened on Oct 16, 2026

• workflow_strict_check.py is potent and wired into nothing

pulseengine/synth#1552 · Filter by author avrabe opened on Oct 16, 2026

• multi_memory_width_scope.py does not red when the selector's dispatch pattern narrows

pulseengine/synth#1551 · Filter by author avrabe opened on Oct 16, 2026

• A release-prep PR can omit the workspace version bump and every PR gate stays green

pulseengine/synth#1550 · Filter by author avrabe opened on Oct 16, 2026

• authorised_close_set is keyed by issue number and filled with setdefault, so two artifacts on one issue collapse silently

pulseengine/synth#1517 · Filter by author avrabe opened on Oct 9, 2026

• A figure pinned to a pre-squash lane head is uncheckable: the commit is not an ancestor of main

pulseengine/synth#1516 · Filter by author avrabe opened on Oct 9, 2026

• verdict_prose_check --self-test advertises potency against real history and stays green with the capability it tests removed

pulseengine/synth#1515 · Filter by author avrabe opened on Oct 9, 2026

• verdict_prose_check is an allow-list: four verdict words escape the population silently, NOT_A_VERDICT is inert, and the disposition branch is dead on the live tree

• @pulseengine/synth on npm is TEN releases behind: Release NPM has failed its auth preflight on every run since v0.69, and no release check asserts npm publication

• Multi-result functions return by an undocumented, unexercised convention: results in s2.., the LAST one duplicated into s0, and the caller-supplied return area never written

• Two or more float locals mutated inside a loop decline on Cortex-M; one does not, and the integer twin compiles

pulseengine/synth#1448 · Filter by author avrabe opened on Oct 1, 2026

• A float-typed if-result is categorically unreachable on ARM Cortex-M, and the diagnostic says "function too complex" about a zero-param two-constant function

• No backend reads the declared page size, so a per-domain tenant costs 64 KiB minimum — the capability behind #1315's refusal
