ci(mutants): widen Saturday scope to full workspace - #399

otel, client, policy and the eight small files join guard/main/server/audit now their triage has closed every survivor; shards 12->16 hold each near two hours at ~102 mutants. The two remaining documented-not-tested mutants (330 port >=, custom comma collapse) are excluded, else the run could never go green; the stdio delimiter hangs stay in scope and pay the floor.

Saturday scope becomes the full runtime set (1637 mutants at --list) now the 2026-10-11 campaign has closed every file; shards 12->16 keep each near two hours. The two remaining documented-not-tested mutants are excluded, else the run could never go green; the stdio delimiter hangs stay in scope.
