feat(upload): --optimized prints the optimized URL - #19

Uses the
optimized_urlthe API now returns on keyed public uploads (pixelvault-dev/pixelvault#331). Default stdout is unchanged;--optimizedprints the WebP/AVIF variant and falls back tourlwhen absent. JSON output already includes the field.Not released: publishing is tag-driven, so a version bump and
