Conflicts resolved keeping both sides for their own half: - LEGAL.md:22 (and its :38 sibling) — the entity is PINEFORGE LLC (all caps, no comma), the product keeps the Tunaxis naming, including `tunaxis-codegen` (formerly published as `pineforge-codegen`). - README.md:663 — Tunaxis Source License 1.3, licensor PINEFORGE LLC. tests/test_license_entity.py counts hold on the merged tree (LICENSE 3, LEGAL.md 3, README.md 1, CONTRIBUTING.md 1; old comma form 0).

On hold: the owner paused the Tunaxis rename on 2026-10-21 and asked to keep the PineForge name. Do not merge. This PR stays as a record until he restarts the rename. |

CR-174 lane TX-DOCS-CODEGEN: README/docs say Tunaxis. Licence badge and enterprise@tunaxis.com contact fixed; PyPI badges point at tunaxis-codegen; the PUBLIC_CONTRACT diagnostics wording is restored to what ships, plus a "renamed in a later release" sentence; CHANGELOG history untouched; LEGAL.md matches the rulings.
Merge order: with or after core/tnx-codegen (#218), core/tnx-license and core/tnx-npm; no tag from main in between.
Proof: lab pytest passed (exit 0). Opus delta read APPROVE, no P0-P2.
Draft: merges only in the rename window (10-29/30 cut-over). The licensor stays "pineforge, LLC".
