Replace the npx installer with the hosted endpoint (https://cloud.pilotprotocol.network/mcp) on the homepage MCP section and its plain twin. Rewrite the shared harness-integration template and the 11 'Connect <harness> to Pilot Protocol' posts as hosted setup guides: the harness's own remote-MCP command or config, OAuth sign-in or an access token, and how to verify. Update their blog-index titles and descriptions. Drop the pilot-mcp bridge wording from two blog posts.

Follow-up to #279. Removes the remaining references to the self-hosted
pilotprotocol-mcpinstaller outside the docs.npx -y pilotprotocol-mcp setup→ the hosted URL; copy now says "One URL" / nothing to install; client row is Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code.type: streamableHttp, Gemini hand-edits needhttpUrl), OAuth sign-in (PicoClaw has no OAuth, so it uses a bearer token), and a verify step. Same URLs; titles/descriptions updated inblogPosts.json.pilot-mcpbridge wording; link to /for/mcp and /docs/mcp.npm run build, check:plain, check:sitepass.
