STRINGS-3797: CLAUDE.md improvements from Junior post-mortem batch #349.
Adds
CLAUDE.mdcovering validate/bundle, PR title format, endpoint documentation rules, and copy-pasted description checks. Docs-only; no tests apply. Verified againstMakefile(make lintgeneratestmp/compiled.yamlbeforelint.sh) and.github/workflows/check-pr-title.yml.Conflict note: open PR #1316 also adds
CLAUDE.md(different content), so whichever merges second needs its sections merged into the existing file. Not verified: the source PRs cited in the ticket (#1276, #1279, #1295, #1297) were not fetched; rules are taken from the ticket text.Co-Authored-By: junior-dev
