Make
phrase pullresilient to brief network interruptions. Today a connection dropped mid-download fails the whole pull (e.g.stream error: … INTERNAL_ERROR, phrase/phrase-cli#163).--asyncdownloads. API responses (304, 429, …) are handled as before.--asyncchecks the HTTP status before writing, so error responses no longer end up in locale files.
