- Line 129: Update the execution-button gate in MainToolBar to also disable
gated controls while pendingExecOptions is nonempty, before applyingExecOptions
increments. Preserve the existing applyingExecOptions condition so restored
options cannot briefly allow execution with transaction preference values.
- Line 62: Update executeMacro to check the restored-execution-options gate
before emitting TRIGGER_EXECUTION, so macro shortcuts and menu items cannot
execute until the options are ready; do not rely solely on
BUTTONS_GATED_BY_EXEC_OPTIONS, which only covers the listed buttons.

…il restored execute options reach the server. pgadmin-org#10618 Macros run SQL through the same transaction, so their menu and shortcuts now wait too. Restored options pending on a connected tab also count, covering the render before the effect starts the requests; they do not count before the connection exists, as Execute is what re-makes a failed connection.

When a Query Tool tab is restored, its saved execute options are sent to the server only after the transaction exists, but Execute, Explain and Explain Analyse were enabled as soon as the connection was made, so a query could run with the preference values during that window.
MainToolBarcounts the restored execute option requests in flight and keeps Execute (script and query), Execute options, Explain, Explain Analyse and Macros disabled, including their keyboard shortcuts and macro shortcuts, until they have all settled. Options waiting to be sent on a connected tab count too, covering the render before the requests start; they do not count before the connection exists, as Execute is what re-makes a failed connection.buttonsDisabled, so the execution events cannot lift it early, and it is released in afinally, so a failed request (which still reverts and saves the option) cannot leave the tool unusable. The request is now started from a promise, so a synchronous failure also reverts the option instead of escaping the effect.New Jest tests in
MainToolBarRestore.spec.jscover the buttons, the execute and macro shortcuts, the Macros menu, multiple in-flight options, a rejected and a throwing request, and the no-op case; 5 of them fail without the change. This does not cover a restored tab whose initial connection failed and is then re-made by executing a query, since that path runs the query as soon as the transaction is created; #10599 covers it by sending the toolbar options in the initialise request.
