The XT-107 backlog still lists three todo cards after image-shrink v0.1.0 shipped and passed its om1 and Mini runs.

Set T1, T2, and T3 to done with their completion evidence. Set the item to Shipped and remove it from the queue, as the backlog conventions require. Epic #494 retains its UAT and the open Nicely issues #496, #497, and #498.

This is the assigned XT-107-done status card, outside the current just next card, COR-102-T1. The diff contains only the XT-107 backlog state, evidence links, and its required queue update. Fast track skips barrages and the separate docs step.
