implement team color auto inversion

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• auto invert team color in case the colors are to close to each other
• fix scanner by making sure scan is using team color for waves.

Test Procedure

• start level with two teams that have nearly the same color and make sure the second teams color is inverted.

There are currently three minor Problems with this fix:

1. It doesn't account for alpha values. If you have two teams with a high alpha value the both look identical.
   (see also: Selecting transparent team colours #47)
2. If a team has a nearly or full white color it is replaced as black, making it impossible to see the text of the methods.
3. If a team has #808080 color (or similar), since the method uses the mathematical opposite, it remains #808080 because it ist the exact (mathematical) middle of all three colors.

Otherwise its working as expectet and does a really good job!
