We think that's a good reason to play with them.
@openapi runs serious infrastructure: certified email, physical mail, SMS, timestamps, digital signatures, company data, vehicles, real estate, cadastral data and much more.
Those services were built for companies. OpenHack leaves a few doors open for curious people.
AI can write the code for you.
It can't send a real letter, certify that a file existed today, or know who owns a company.
Open source and AI give you the software. We give you the doors to the real world.
Some questions we can't stop thinking about:
- 📮 Can a Git commit send a physical letter?
- 🍓 Can a Raspberry Pi deal with Italian bureaucracy?
- ⏱️ Can we prove this source code existed today?
- 💾 Can a 30-year-old computer query a modern professional API?
- 🔴 Can a physical button send certified email?
No hackathon. No deadlines. No pitches. No jury. No business plan.
Useless is welcome. 40 lines of Bash are welcome. Broken prototypes are welcome.

Servizi nati per le aziende. OpenHack lascia qualche porta aperta per le persone curiose.

Non può spedire una lettera vera, certificare che un file esisteva oggi o sapere chi possiede un'azienda.
Open source e AI ti danno il software. Noi ti diamo le porte verso il mondo reale.
