Adds the Ruby entry to the existing Featureflip provider, which currently lists six technologies (JavaScript, .NET, Python, Go, Java, PHP).
The Ruby provider is published as
featureflip-openfeatureon RubyGems, with source at canopy-labs/featureflip-ruby-openfeature. It is documented in the same OpenFeature integration guide the other six entries already link to, which carries a per-language section for each provider including Ruby.Same shape as the existing entries:
vendorOfficial: true, category: ['Server'], samehref. No new SVG and noPROVIDERSarray change, since the provider entry already exists.Follows #1469 (Python), #1476 (Go and Java) and #1491 (PHP).
