Compose the private mapped entry plan and owned waiter with the existing live-run lease, queue and native journal. Hold the operation lock through durable exact-container ownership and one-shot release; distinguish finite command completion from required-master exit, and require exact cleanup plus trusted retirement before queue completion.

Bind the existing Podman temporary-home setup into frozen launch facts and reject a supplied reader when the plan disables stdin. Cover lock/lease lifetime, cancellation, owner drift, failed release/cleanup/retirement, renderer facts and canonical engine exit status. Public mapped guards and runtime qualification gates remain closed.

Validation: complete six-command local profile and focused mapped lifetime/entry-plan race tests passed. Current-agent full convergence and a fresh independent full review are clean. WSL tmpfs exclusion and explicit Docker smoke skip remain; this is no live-engine/F qualification.
