CI failure seems to be a timeout - I can't re-trigger but I bet this would be a temporary error.

Thanks Inessa, let's put it in, I like the re-wording!

One thing we may want to follow-up: IIRC very few people get the numpy-team mails (in a sense "community managers" actually grasped that better, but is probably not a great fit either).
Maybe that just is: we may want to add people (including with the right to invite to slack) and then could consider moving back to "community managers" here.
