Updates the ImpactZero stake description to the new payout rule. Description line only; no other fields change.
From a named epoch shortly after this merges, rewards are split by the stake the protocol elected at the start of each epoch (capped at the staker's current active balance), instead of by live balance at payout time:
The bot change is open source (subimpact/nimiq-restake-bot v2.7,
PRICING=election) and has run in shadow mode since 2026-10-22, comparing both rules every epoch before the switch. The public verifier at https://nimiq.subimpact.net/verify already supports the same rule and switches together with the bot. This follows the disclosure discussed in #155: the listing, our website and the staking FAQ will carry the same wording.
