payoutSchedule is a payoutType=direct field per README spec (cron format). For payoutType=restake it does not apply, so remove it. The every-minute restake cadence is documented in the description instead. Also revert incidental fee formatting churn (0.0 -> 0.00) so the diff is limited to the description line.
