[NAE-2503] Add support for public workflow URLs and builder redirection - #366
Adds configurable public workflow URLs, including a link to open a process' public view and copy its URL. Adds an optional redirect to Netgrif Builder, with support for opening the current process there. Workflow downloads now use the .xml extension.
Configure services.routing.publicViewPath to enable public URLs and services.builder.url to enable the Builder link. Set services.builder.openProcessFromFile to true to pass the workflow identifier to Builder.
