The theme plugin replaced the pre element's class list, so code blocks that follow a paragraph lost astro-code styling and inherited body line height. Merge Shiki's class string and set a 1.35 line height.
This reverts commit 3f519b3.

Prompt needs a shared reference for terminal design, grounded in how the app actually behaves.
src/plugins/theme.tsandsrc/styles/global.csschange code blocks site-wide: the theme plugin overwrote Shiki'sclass, so code blocks after a paragraph lostastro-codestyling and inherited body line height (about 1.7). They now keep their gray background and use a 1.35 line height. The article follows character art from 1898 typewriter work through Rogue, BBS, Amiga, and PTT art to modern TUIs. It then checks Prompt v1.5.23 in a real pseudoterminal: startup animation, ASCII emblems, tabs, tiered ASCII pictures, capability fallbacks (ASCII,
NO_COLOR, pipes), sizes from 24×10 to 140×40, width calculation, redraw, and escape-sequence sanitizing. The four problems found in v1.5.22 (nbtca/Prompt#93 to #96) are fixed in Prompt, so the article now describes the fixes. It closes with design questions that are still open. All Prompt screenshots are captured from the running program, except the startup animation and the piped
nbtca statusoutput, which are unchanged since v1.5.22. The ASCII emblem figure comes from nbtca/Prompt#100, which redraws the emblems and is not merged yet.
