chore: update Playwright to 1.64.0 and dependencies

Ran node update_pw.mjs on top of origin/main.

Changes

• Workers: JavaScript → 1.64.0; Python, Java and .NET → 1.63.0 (the newest version published for those bindings). All four mcr.microsoft.com/playwright*:v…-noble images exist.
• README badge: 1.64.0
• e2e: @playwright/test 1.64.0-alpha-2026-09-10 → 1.64.0 stable, so it no longer tracks @next (from Upgrade playground Playwright to 1.62.1; e2e on @next (Firefox r1544) #318).
• frontend: monaco-editor 0.55.1 → 0.57.0, @sentry/browser 10 → 11, react/react-dom 19.3, vite 8.3.4, rsuite 6.2.5, plus type bumps. @playwright/experimental-ct-react stays at 1.62.1, the latest published version.
• Editor types: regenerated types.txt.
• Monaco 0.57: the new exports map maps monaco-editor/* onto esm/vs/*, so the worker imports in Editor/index.tsx drop the esm/vs/ prefix.

Validation

• frontend: npm ci, npm run build ✅
• frontend: npx playwright test: 63 passed ✅
• Smoke test: vite preview + headless Chromium. The Monaco editor renders with no TS diagnostics and no console errors.
• e2e: npx playwright test --list loads the config (51 tests); I didn't run it against a stack.
