feat: enhance CLI functionality and improve test coverage - #126

- Added new command-line options for compression, including: - `--store-open-files`: Compress files that are open by other processes. - `--exclude`: Exclude files matching wildcard patterns during compression. - `--stdin`: Read input data from stdin for compression. - `--delete-after`: Delete source files after successful compression. - `--format-property`: Set raw 7z format properties. - `--show-files`: Log each file as it is processed. - `--ratio`: Show compression ratio during progress. - Improved error handling for missing output and input paths. - Updated tests to cover new CLI options and ensure proper functionality. - Refactored test cases to use a helper function for running CLI commands. - Enhanced test coverage for various compression scenarios, including: - Different formats and compression levels. - Handling of password protection and encrypted headers. - Validating exclusion patterns and delete-after functionality.
