Remove the retired coverage badge and fix the CI badge to ci.yml on upstream master. Replace coveralls_reborn with SimpleCov, start measurement before project code loads, and upload actual library coverage/.resultset.json once from Ruby 4.0/Mongoid 9/MongoDB 8 using coverallsapp/github-action@v2 and GITHUB_TOKEN. Remove duplicate gem-side uploads, all-matrix reports and unnecessary parallel completion job. All 14 version combinations remain intact. Local 207 examples, zero failures, feed demo passes; actual fresh library coverage is 271/283 lines (95.75%). Final upstream CI is fully green across all matrix jobs and Danger. Confirmed Coveralls accepted the real report: https://coveralls.io/jobs/189620487 (API response Job #38653933254.1). This verifies PR report acceptance, not a default-branch report before merging.
