Summary

Two Evergreen fixes for the failing test-python / test-python-integ tasks:

  1. test_deprecated_preview_query_types asserted the *Preview query types still work as aliases of the GA names, but MONGOCRYPT-938 (libmongocrypt 1.20.x, MONGOCRYPT-938 Drop prefix/suffix/substring preview #1230) now rejects them with a deprecation error. Update the sync and async tests to expect the error, mirroring test_textPreview_query_fails.
  2. PyMongo master dropped Python 3.9/3.10 support (PYTHON-6138, requires-python >=3.11), so pip install -e '.[test, encryption]' in the integ setup fails on distros whose toolchain Python is 3.10 (e.g. rhel-82-arm64). Provision Python 3.13 via uv when the toolchain Python is too old.

Validation

MONGOCRYPT-938 (libmongocrypt 1.20.x) rejects the *Preview query types
with a deprecation error. Update the sync and async tests to expect the
error instead of asserting the aliases still work, mirroring
test_textPreview_query_fails.

Fixes the test-python / test-python-integ Evergreen tasks.
PyMongo master dropped Python 3.9 and 3.10 support (PYTHON-6138), so
'pip install -e .[test, encryption]' in the mongo-python-driver clone
fails on distros whose toolchain Python is 3.10 (e.g. rhel-82-arm64).
Provision Python 3.13 with uv when the toolchain Python is too old.
