   Implementation verified, pending merge.

   Added a dedicated Specs sidebar group and landing page covering feature and migration specs. Existing AI Capability Specs and Spec Amendment pages are grouped there without changing their routes. The landing page links to authoritative template sources rather than duplicating templates.

   Validation: npm --prefix docs run build passed with 40 pages, node --check docs/astro.config.mjs passed, and git diff --check passed. Rendered-output checks confirmed the Specs group and all 11 internal landing-page links and anchors resolve.
