Expose the documented HrGetAutoDiscoverXML API in the bundled MAPI auxiliary header. The stub library already implements this export; consumers currently need an ad hoc declaration to call it.
Validation: built the consuming MFCMAPI AutoDiscover feature on x64 and Win32, with seven native regressions passing on each architecture. Authorized live requests also succeeded through the existing stub implementation. No stub runtime behavior changes.
