Source review of the complete PR at c69d6fe2b9cc52ef0366780ce9f0414b0d164d0d: no actionable lockfile inconsistency found by the independent review-code Low execution (actual runtime gpt-6.1-sol). The unchanged fast-uri@^3.0.1 selector accepts 3.1.9; version, resolved URL and SRI encoding are structurally consistent. These are shape/consistency checks, not independent tarball verification.
Both ordinary verified-TLS registry clients failed locally; registry metadata/package content, upstream security claims and a native package smoke test were not independently validated. Certificate verification was not disabled. Actual website CI is checked separately. Python Build is intentionally excluded by its immutable pull-request path filters for this sole website/yarn.lock change.
Copilot's current-head response excludes the only changed lockfile and reviews no files; it contains neither a Balanced footer nor an Approval recommended verdict. I am not repeating that unchanged request or treating it as approval.
At the 2026-10-26T12:13:44.943946+00:00 gate snapshot, actual current-head workflows were: Code formatting completed/success; docs completed/success. Copilot has no explicit current-head Balanced approval; 0 review thread(s) remain unresolved. Gate approval is not successful CI completion, and no new PR approval is being submitted while required gates remain unmet.
