mu codex login rejects the npm JavaScript entrypoint even when its native Linux executable is installed. Resolve recognised @openai/codex launchers and symlinks to the platform binary instead.

Supports Linux x64/arm64, bundled vendor binaries and nested/hoisted optional platform packages. Resolution reads package metadata without executing Node. Only the native executable enters the existing sandbox; version checks, isolated credentials and fail-closed sandbox behaviour remain intact. Missing binaries produce actionable installation guidance. Update INSTALL accordingly.

Validation: internal/codex tests and full Go build pass. Fixtures cover standalone and symlinked npm entrypoints, bundled/nested/hoisted layouts, wrong architecture, non-executable binaries and unknown launchers; existing sandbox isolation tests pass. No UI changes or live server login performed.
