Description

The users page tells readers to set --auth-user-or-role-name-regex to allow spaces in user names, but a custom value needs a Memgraph Enterprise license. In Community, Memgraph starts with the flag, then every CREATE USER fails ("Custom user/role regex is a Memgraph Enterprise feature…"), even for names the default allows. This adds that to the users page and the flag's row on the configuration page, and lists the feature on the Enterprise page.

Checked on memgraph/memgraph-mage:3.14.0 without a license, using the users page's own example value, and against Auth::Config::NameMatches in src/auth/auth.cpp.
