Reorganizes the docs home page by what readers build, in the same shape as the Getting started revamp (#1863): get started (including the coding-agent path), AI applications, graph analytics, Memgraph Zero, migration, client libraries, production, and reference.

  • Adds the sections the page didn't link: AI applications, AI coding assistants, Memgraph Zero, Data modeling, Querying, Help center.
  • Replaces the 13 client-library and 24 migration cards with one card each for their landing pages (plus Neo4j, relational and streams for migration).
  • Drops the "sub-millisecond" claim, which has no linked benchmark, and the stale cards (Query and analyze "Best practices" pointed to migration best practices; the Memgraph Cloud "Beta" badge isn't on the Cloud page).

Merge after #1863, so "by hand or with your coding agent" matches the Getting started page.
