Performance issues with long notes #558

I use local material notes to store links, I've updated to version 2.2.0 from fdroid and now after pasting a link the keyboard is frozen. I use swiftkey on a Samsung S24.

Steps:
Open an existing rich text note with 100 links
scroll to bottom
tap swiftkey clipboard
paste link
swiftkey back to keyboard
enter OR
back(to hide keyboard)

Result:
local material notes locks up:
enter will cause notes to freeze for ~10 seconds
back will freeze notes for 3-5 seconds

Expectation:
The previous version was very stable and responsive and did not have this freeze/lag issue.
Now even just entering after a long rich text note has a 3 second freeze.

Tried:
Switching back to the default samsung keyboard, same issue.
